1. Monthly Growth Retainers

Monthly retainers cover dedicated sprint hours, technical optimizations, link building, and ad campaign management. You can cancel your upcoming billing cycle anytime with 30 days written notice to admin@seomantra.in with zero penalty fees.

2. Milestone-Based Web Development

For custom web development and brand identity projects, payments are structured around defined milestone deliverables. If a milestone does not meet signed specification criteria, we provide revisions until approved.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days directly to the original payment source (bank wire or corporate card). For refund status, email admin@seomantra.in.
